I was at the playground with my daughters Friday evening and saw lots of interesting potential photos. Unfortunately I have no interest in being the shady guy with a camera at the park, so I snapped this pic down on a staircase quite quickly.

Saturday I planned on taking a picture of steaks being grilled but I completely forgot about it while I was grilling, I finally settled on taking a picture of one of my girlfriend's wine goblets late in the evening. It was a rushed shot and I just used the built-in flash.

Sunday I went out and found an interesting brick building, this was the Prince of Wales Armouries.

Early this morning there was a thunderstorm rolling in and the sky to the west was amazingly yellow in the rising sun. It looks like the white balance is way off, but this is actually how it looked.

July 1st was Canada day and I went to see the fireworks display in Mill Woods. This was my first time attempting to photograph fireworks and of the approximately 70 pictures I took there was actually a few keepers.
